Sal began his career in the financial services industry in numerous leadership positions at ADP and Instinet, a Reuter’s company, supporting brokerage and online trading systems.
In 1991, Sal joined Johnson & Johnson and spent the majority of his career in the IT Shared Services and Corporate Business Technologies organizations, in key roles focusing on deploying and supporting Enterprise IT solutions for J&J.
In 2005, Sal became Vice President of Customer Support, with responsibility for leading IT Global Infrastructure Site Management activities. In 2010, Sal’s responsibilities were expanded as Vice President, Global IT Operations, where he designed, built, and operationalized the global help desk and the supporting ITSM processes, and led the building of the global command centers.
Upon joining Corporate Business Technology in 2014, Sal led the selection and implementation of Global Services case management system and the technical design and implementation of J&J’s global services call centers. In 2016, Sal added responsibilities for Global Corporate Enterprise Applications and Support organizations as part of his responsibilities as the Vice President, Global Product Line Owner for Corporate Business Technologies.
Sal has served on several boards and affiliations, including the Board of Directors, American Red Cross in Princeton, NJ.
