Prior to joining KnowledgeConnect, Rosa’s career at New York Life spanned nearly 39 years, culminating in her role as Vice President, Information Technology. During her tenure, Rosa acquired expertise in several Information Technology arenas, initially as a technician and later as a senior leader directing large organizations of IT professionals. While Rosa’s early years were spent as an application developer, the majority of her experience has been centered on IT Infrastructure, IT Operations and Support, and End User Services.
Rosa has shared her professional experience with others through her participation in various mentoring and coaching activities over the years, both internally at New York Life and through a variety of external organizations.
