Michelle Hollander’s professional accomplishments span the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She has worked for both large and small companies and successfully initiated and managed several knowledge-sharing programs throughout her career.
Following business school, Michelle spent a couple of years with boutique conference and consulting firms before entering the financial services industry. There she leveraged her skills and expertise to take on successively larger roles that offered a variety of operational and managerial challenges, primarily in Corporate Real Estate and Technology. Michelle was an Associate with Goldman Sachs for four years; VP with Merrill Lynch for three years; and SVP with Citigroup for 12 years, during which time she expanded her scope of responsibility from the Northeast Region to all of North America.
After serving as the Facilitator of the Intelligent Automation Sharing Forum (IASF) for its inaugural year, Michelle joined KnowledgeConnect in a full-time capacity in 2021 as Director, Forum Management.
