Kyle recently retired as Senior Director of Technology Operations at Asurion. He was appointed to this position in March 2012, leading the international team charged with delivering world-class systems availability, scalability, and service to Asurion's customers and business partners. Kyle's background in the information systems industry spans more than 30 years and includes leadership positions at Verizon and IBM. His roles at Verizon include Executive Director, Production Services and Executive Director, Operations Support Services.
