David is an accomplished leader with nearly forty years of business experience. Prior to joining KnowledgeConnect, David held a variety of positions in engineering, distribution, human resources, and research during a thirty-five-year career at Eli Lilly and Company. For the last fifteen years, he was Director of Facilities Management for the administrative and research facilities at the corporate headquarters in Indianapolis. In this leadership role, David had oversight of the outsourced FM supplier for maintenance operations, housekeeping, food services, landscaping, security and capital project delivery.
David brings expertise in the areas of facilities management, maintenance, site services, outsourcing strategy and deployment.
